Data You Provide Directly
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party search provider that powers the sponsored results. We do not store your searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting infrastructure may log IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring pages, device details, and timestamps. We use this information in aggregate to maintain the site, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve Arkansas record pages. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
We use visitor data to operate the site, respond to messages, reduce abuse, measure page performance, and fix technical problems. We do not sell a visitor list, and we do not create individual user profiles for Arkansas record searches.
Outside Websites
Arkansas People Search links to courts, county offices, state agencies, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies control what happens on their sites. Information submitted to Search ARCourts, VoterView, ADH, a county portal, or a sponsored search tool is not governed by this policy.
Who May See Data
Hosting, analytics, security, and advertising providers may process the limited technical data described above. We may also disclose information if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share contact messages or server-log data except as needed to run and protect the site.
Data Protection
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. Because this site has no user accounts, there is no visitor password or profile stored here.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted information to us, contact us so we can delete it.
Your Data Rights
Arkansas does not have a broad consumer data-deletion statute comparable to California's CCPA in the official research reviewed for this build. You may still ask us to search our contact mailbox and ordinary server records for information tied to you. Public records held by Arkansas state, county, or city offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests must go to the custodian.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised policy.
